Shipping policy
We are not included any additional cost or profit in the shipping rate.
The shipping price will change based on country and product weight. You will get the exact shipping price at the checkout page.
We usually ship our orders the next business day, but please allow 2–3 business days to process your order before shipping. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10 to 15 days

Express Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather conditions, customs delays, or other natural causes. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
Please click the “Confirm Delivery” button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or the following major public holidays.
