1. How many days do I have to request a return?

You have 160 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

2. How do I request a return?

To start a return, please email support@noo-brand.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

For U.S. customers: Return shipping is free.

For international customers: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Do not send your item to the sender’s address on your package — it’s not our return center. Use only the return address we provide.

3. What are the conditions for eligible returns?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact.
  • Returns without approval or proper labeling will not be accepted.

4. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@noo-brand.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.

5. Are sale or discounted items eligible for return?

No. Any product purchased at a sale or offer price is not eligible for return or exchange.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the amount will reflect in your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. What happens if my return is rejected?

If the returned product fails to meet eligibility requirements (e.g., worn, washed, or missing tags), it will be sent back to you at your own shipping cost.
