Noo-Brand Transparent Pricing

Why Noo-Brand Doesn’t Offer T-Shirts | Transparent Pricing in Fashion

Why Noo-Brand Cannot Offer in T-Shirt?

When it comes to fashion, the T-shirt has always been the most common, go-to piece of clothing in America. But at Noo-Brand, we decided not to offer a T-shirt in our collection. And the reason isn’t style—it’s transparency.

At Noo-Brand, our mission is simple: Transparent Pricing.
No markups. No middlemen. Just an honest breakdown of what goes into making each product.

Here’s how our cost structure works:

  • Material: $5.12

  • Hardware: $0.17

  • Labor: $1.52

  • Packing: $0.17

  • Transport: $0.17

That adds up to a fair price. Every dollar is accounted for. Nothing hidden.

Why Not T-Shirts?

The issue with T-shirts isn’t about demand—everyone in the US wears them. It’s about pricing honesty.

  1. Fabric Cost Is Too Variable
Cotton prices swing heavily, especially in the US market. A simple tee can cost as little as $2 to make in mass-production overseas, but high-quality, ethically sourced cotton costs significantly more. To stay true to our model, we’d either have to compromise quality—or charge more than what consumers expect for a “basic tee.” Neither feels honest.

  2. The Race to the Bottom
The American T-shirt market is dominated by fast fashion giants who sell bulk-printed tees at incredibly low costs. Competing with that while maintaining transparency and fair labor wages is almost impossible.

  3. Transparency Doesn’t Fit the T-Shirt Model
A transparent breakdown like ours looks great for jackets, bags, or premium goods—but a $15 T-shirt where labor and transport make up only cents doesn’t tell the story of its true impact. The hidden costs—environmental toll, farmer wages, water use—don’t show up in the neat breakdown, and we refuse to mislead our customers.

  4. Respect for American Consumer Expectations
In the US, people expect T-shirts to be cheap. If we charged the real cost for a responsibly made tee, many would ask: “Why is this so expensive?” That conversation takes away from our bigger mission: showing real pricing without confusion.

The Final Thought

Noo-Brand exists to prove that fashion can be made with integrity, fairness, and transparency. While we love T-shirts as much as anyone else, offering them would either break our pricing model or betray our values.

So instead, we focus on products where honesty in pricing makes sense—and where US customers can truly appreciate the difference.

At Noo-Brand, what you pay is exactly what it costs. No markups. No middlemen. Just truth stitched into every piece.
