How many days do I have to return an item?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

How do I request a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notice:
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

How do I request a exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. You will receive a refund receipt via email when your refund is processed. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 3-5 business days. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
