1) The shipping price will change based on county and product weight. You will get exact shipping price at check out page.

2) We usually ship our orders next business day, but please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather conditions or other natural causes. Please refer to the tracking information for the accurate delivery date.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

5) Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.

6) Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

7) Orders are only shipped Monday through Saturday. We do not ship orders on Sundays or on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
